3. TCPA Compliance
When using our Services for telemarketing or other communications, you agree to comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and other relevant laws and regulations related to the use of automated dialing systems, prerecorded messages, and marketing communications. You are responsible for obtaining proper consent from recipients before sending such communications.
4. Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR) Compliance
If you engage in telemarketing activities through our Services, you agree to comply with the Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR), including but not limited to honoring “Do Not Call” requests and maintaining accurate records of transactions. You understand that failure to comply with the TSR may result in legal consequences and termination of access to our Services.
5. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, TCPA, TSR, or suspect unauthorized use of our Services, please report it immediately to info@calltools.com.
6. Enforcement
In the event of a violation of this AUP, TCPA, or TSR, we reserve the right to take appropriate actions, including but not limited to:
Issuing warnings to the user responsible for the violation.
Suspending or terminating access to our Services.
Reporting illegal activities to relevant authorities.
Pursuing legal action as necessary.
7. Changes to the AUP
We may update this AUP from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, TCPA, TSR, or legal requirements. Any updates will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review and comply with the most recent version of the AUP.
By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by this Acceptable Use Policy, including the TCPA and TSR compliance clauses.
