How many minutes can I use?
You can use an unlimited amount of minutes. Your Power Contact Center plan includes unlimited local and domestic long distance, inbound or outbound.
How many calls per minute can I make?
We do not limit how many calls per minute or ports you may use. However, to guarantee capacity for larger jobs we advise that you let us know of any upcoming spikes in usage.
How long does it take to start dialing?
Our system is 100% cloud based so there is no expensive software or equipment to purchase, we can get you and your team running in under a day!
When can I change my plan?
Agreements are on a month to month and annual basis, both with unlimited minutes inbound and outbound. Plans can be upgraded at any time. You may also add agent seats very easily on the fly. Talk to a sales rep today to discuss pricing.
