How many minutes can I use?

You can use an unlimited amount of minutes. Your plan determines how many minutes you have available at our low monthly rates. Once you reach your plan limit you will be charged an overage rate. Each plan has a different minute overage rate.

How many calls per minute can I make?

We do not limit how many calls per minute or ports you may use. However, to guarantee capacity for larger jobs we advise that you let us know of any upcoming spikes in usage.

How long does it take to start dialing?

Our system is 100% cloud based so there is no expensive software or equipment to purchase, we can get you and your team running in under a day!

When can I change my plan?

Plans can be changed at any time. Contracts are on a month to month basis, however we do prorate your usage if you decide to change plans at any time during the month. You may also add agent seats to your plan at any time.
